*We do not provide ramps for large items such as blankets.
*Up to two XL or M size items can be packaged.
*If you purchase multiple products together with a gift box, please specify which products you would like to pack in the order notes on the cart screen. If you do not specify, we will confirm by email, so shipping may be delayed.
Shipping
Free shipping for purchases totaling 9,800 yen or more (tax included)
If the total is less than 9,800 yen, the shipping fee is 800 yen
*Orders (and payments) made before 10:00 a.m. on weekdays will be shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be shipped the next day.
*We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so items will be shipped the next business day.
*Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport from Tokyo.
